Its that time of the year again. Excise adjustment with CPI. Every 6 months excise is adjusted with CPI. When I say adjusted, I only mean adjusted up as when CPI went down, excise just stayed the same.

We complain about paying $1.30/ litre petrol, but did you know we pay over $1/litre excise alone on full strength beer........
