Hi All The second session will be on WEDNESDAY 4TH MAY; 4pm-5.30pm. We will cover: Ü Acetaldehyde Ü Hefeweizen Ü Ethyl Acetate Ü Ethyl Hexanoate Ü Isoamyl Acetate Ü Infection (general)
Anyone is welcome. The cost is $10 per head payable on the day. Tasting notes/information will be provided. There will be brewers present to answer any questions we may have. There are 20 spots only. First come first served.
Further sessions will be announced.
