BOHEMIAN PILSNER 5.9%
Our brewers’ favourite… they have been doing the happy dance for a month now!

Based on the classic style of lager first brewed in the town of Pilsen in Bohemia (now Czech Republic), this is an unfiltered, yet clean & balanced beer.  A generous malt character imparts a slight sweetness which is balanced by potent hop bitterness, achieved by 3 hefty additions of hop flowers in the boil.  A long and cold fermentation period followed when plenty of hop flowers were steeped in the conditioning tanks creating a floral and spicy aroma.  Golden in colour with a dense white head, you will be left with the hoporific effect of having the corners of your mouth go up!

On tap and in bottles at the brewery this week and in good beer shops and bars from early next week.

WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE BREWERY
- Christmas ale batches are in the fermenters, and bright tanks, dry hopped and tasting very good and very Belgian.
- Hops are at the top of the wires and starting to cover the deck, sit long enough and you'll become entwined.
- Open lots of extra days this summer. Maybe even a few nights

We need a slogan. Something irreverant, beery, but still very Red Hill, which means its a little bit country and always classy. If you can come up with something we love, we will put it on our backs on Tshirts and on our wall on posters. It only needs to be 3-6 words.

Artwork not required, but bonus points if it includes more than words and is a total concept. Competion closes end of November.
