Ever cooked with beer? The Portland Hotel's head chef, Paul Bostock, will prepare five sumptuous courses
with beer as the focal ingredient, each course perfectly matched with James Squire Ales. Along with
memories of great flavour combinations, each guest will take home a booklet of the recipes and beer tasting
 notes so they can boost their own cooking knowledge and prowess.
