The Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard has been receiving accolades for their wine for over 100 years. For the first time, Silo Restaurant will be hosting this degustation event at midday, enhancing the delicious food and wine with Silo's sensational harbour views.
Silo Restaurant's head chef, David Cartwright, has created a six-course degustation menu to complement a selection of Audrey Wilkinson’s award-winning wines.
