I purchased the vessels from Integrated Brewing Solutions (IBS), and the vessels are in the IBS warehouse in Mittagong, south of Sydney.  The vessels are new and only arrived just 3 weeks ago.  All the vessels were built by HGM Machinery in Ningbo in China and are certified and design registered with WorkCover to Australian Standard 1210, hazard level C:
