What is the best thing about your brewery: Located in arguably Australia’s finest wine area, home of Grange and Hill of Grace, we have been able to draw upon a culture that values quality above all else. It has pushes us to create full flavoured beers that exceed the high standards set by some of these world famous wineries.
Other: Were small and independent so have been able to do things which may not seem commercially or economically wise. For example we use all natural ingredients including real orange blossom honey in our beer. We have also made it a point to add no chemicals or additives to the beer.
