What is the best thing about your brewery:

All our drinks are handmade on the premises, by traditional methods, using the best of natural ingredients. This ‘hands on’, micro approach allows us to craft drinks relying upon our senses rather than the tools and equipment of mass production – “if its smelling good, looking good and tasting good, then it will be good!!”

Other:

Our core product when we opened was ‘Real’ Ciders, made from locally produced apples and using the same methods employed by the cidermakers of old. Our passion for re-creating ‘real’ drinks led us into producing ‘real’ beers and wines using the same traditional methods, free of modern additives and preservatives and not stripped of natural goodness through filtering.

We all enjoy a good drink – so first we have to make them.

“Life is short – Drink the best”
