Established: 1992
Present capacity (brew length): We have several kettles within the brewery, a 200Litre R&D plant, a 1400L kettle and a 50HL kettle. The plant is capable of brewing a million litres per annum.
Location: Dunedin, New Zealand
Beers: Organic Pilsner, 1812 India Pale Ale, London Porter, Bookbinder, Old 95, WeissBier,
Dunkelweiss, Weizenbock, Taieri George, JP, Brewer’s Reserve
Awards: Too numerous to mention over the years but currently the NZ Champion Brewery and won the Champion Wheat Beer trophy and five medals at 2010 AIBA (Australian International Beer Awards) in Melbourne.

What is the best thing about your brewery: The location and history. Great to be part of an iconic brewing legacy.
What is a funny thing that has happened at your brewery: Mark walking in on me after receiving the biggest beer shower of my life. Funny for Mark. Not funny for me being soaked in IPA on a hot day. Damn you pressure! At least I smelt good.
