Want to learn about and work with machinery? Little Creatures is looking for a Packaging Operator.
Little Creatures Brewing, one of Australia’s leading craft brewers, is looking for a candidate with basic mechanical aptitude to join our youthful packaging team. We are seeking someone who is personable, safety orientated, interested in machines and is passionate about beer.
Under general supervision of the Packaging Team Leader, you will keep the beer flowing into bottles and kegs, through the efficient coordination of equipment, materials and beer. You will operate all of the packaging and kegging equipment, as well as prepare and coordinate the delivery of finished product to the warehouse. You will perform cleaning and sanitation efforts to ensure the Packaging line is always ready for action. You will help the team achieve quality benchmarks through the completion of various quality line initiatives. You will be in tune with the equipment to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
The role is based in Fremantle, includes shift work, and is ideal for someone who is flexible, driven, career focused and keen to be a part of a team of flavour junkies and certified hopheads.

AIB brews a wide range of beers for different contract customers, an opportunity exists for a capable brewer to gain experience in the production of a wide range of beers.
Working a two or three shift roster as required; the successful candidate will need to be a self starter, ideally with experience in coaching fellow operatives in brewing operations. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded, as will previous experience in a similar operation. A competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience is offered.
