 www.microbrewing.com.au has been online since April 2006. The MB website is for the Australian microbrewing industry. The website is being totally redone and will be online in May 2009.

 

The website is divided into the following sections:

Australian Beer News is upgraded weekly.  Leading Australian beer writers Vic Crossland (vicc@aapt.net.au) , Willie Simpson (williesimpson@bigpond.com)  and Greg Thom have given permission to publish their articles. (All writers are welcome).

Brewers File supplies important information for brewers and people interested in the activities of the Australian microbrewing industry. Current options:
Calendar: Stay on time with important industry dates.
** Notice Board: Up to date industry information (upgraded regularly).
** Brewing jobs: Brewing positions available.

Directory: Goods and services for the brewing industry.
Excise: Excise information.
Balancing Beer: Photos of brewers having fun balancing beer.

Microbrewing section supplies. This page has ceased update until new website upgrade (May 2009).
Brewery of the Month: A list and information on the range of microbreweries in Australia.
Brewer of the Month: A list of some of Australia’s best breweries with their views and humour on what they do.
Links: Links to Australian breweries websites.

Mb Associations supplies information about Australian beer associations WABA, VAMI, NSW Brewers Guild and IBD. MB hopes to help unite our push to improving the Australian Brewing Industry and beer. 

Beer supplies information about beer to help brewers. The two sections are:
Bussell and Dunn feedback - Brewing gurus and leading judges, Roger Bussell and Hugh Dunn give Australian brewers (craft and home) constructive criticism feedback. I get feed back from them from the majority of brews.
Beer Style gives information on the latest beer style guidelines.

Merchandise provides microbrewing merchandise. This page has ceased update until new website upgrade (May 2009).
 

Join email list to keep up to date on what is happening in the Australian microbrewing industry. There was a problem in about April 2007 where some email addresses were lost, so if you are not getting email can you please join again.

www.microbrewing.com.au objective is to help educate Australians about beer and the Australian microbrewing industry. www.microbrewing.com.au will grow and help the growing Australian microbrewing industry. The site will have major upgrades in May 2009 and January 2010. Please help keep the site a great source of information by emailing news, information and ideas.

All microbreweries please send information about anything Australian beer to admin@microbrewing.com.au.  This site is designed for you to read as you drink an Australian microbrewing beer or a home brew.
